The Congress Planner (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the Official Housing Bureau for the 2020 World Congress and can help make your bookings. By booking through the Housing Bureau you will enjoy exclusive special rates and added amenities. 

Hotels outside of the downtown area accessible by public transit are also available. These options start at a rate of CAD 199.​00 + tax per night, and require a minimum of 60 minutes travel time to the Congress venue. Please contact the  Housing Manager at  if you would like more information on these options.
